Le soja bientôt exclu des cantines scolaires ? L’Anses alerte sur ses risques

Due to the presence of concerning levels of endocrine disruptors (isoflavones) in soy-based products, the French Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety (Anses) recommends banning soy from school cafeterias, nurseries, and company restaurants. Studies show children, adults, and especially infants fed soy-based formulas frequently exceed safe daily intake levels of isoflavones. Even those not directly consuming soy products may be exposed. The recommendation aims to reduce exposure to these potentially harmful substances, especially for vulnerable populations.
